Last week, I, Andrii Skorbaiuk, had the pleasure of presenting to participants in the global real estate market in Azerbaijan 🇦🇿. Among the attendees were developers, builders, and agents. The aim of my presentation was to share insights into the potential of using modern information technology in this industry.
During my presentation, I demonstrated the incredible opportunities that IT technologies offer professionals in the real estate sector.

Interactive Facades
One of the key topics I addressed in my presentation was interactive facades. These innovative technologies enable real estate professionals, developers, and builders to showcase properties in all their glory. Interactive facades provide potential clients with a unique opportunity to virtually explore real estate and examine the details and features of each property. This is not only a convenient tool for professionals but also a way to increase conversion rates from website visitors to inquiries.

Clients who have the opportunity to interactively explore properties are more likely to make viewing requests.
Virtual Reality (VR)
Another important theme of my presentation was the use of virtual reality (VR) in the real estate market. VR offers an unparalleled opportunity to showcase real estate in all its splendor, even when clients are at a considerable distance. With VR, developers and builders can «walk through» a property, inspect each room, and even evaluate the view from the windows, all without leaving their homes.

We also discussed practical ways to integrate VR into the operations of real estate agencies, ranging from creating virtual tours to using specialized VR goggles.
Innovative Technological Steps
In my presentation, I also shared information about which modern technologies are already available and worth using in the real estate market for developers, builders, and agents. One such technology is Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which allows for the automation of many routine processes, such as document processing, market data collection, and other tasks. This saves time and resources while reducing the likelihood of errors.
Another important innovation in the real estate market is digital assistants. These intelligent systems can provide market information, analyze trends, and even engage in dialogues with clients. They improve client services and enable agents, developers, and builders to be more productive.

In conclusion, the world of information technology offers numerous opportunities for professionals, developers, and builders in the real estate market. Interactive facades, virtual reality, RPA, and digital assistants—these technologies can significantly enhance processes in the industry, making them more efficient and meeting the needs of clients. Today, more than ever, it is essential to stay updated on the latest innovations and to incorporate them into real estate operations to remain competitive and successful.
