Which fails?

Despite my professional achievements, I encountered several challenges that were difficult to overcome.

One of the significant mistakes was a injury (exhaustion) that required me to stay in the hospital and undergo a six-month rehabilitation. This unpleasant situation served as a reminder of the importance of maintaining a balance between professional endeavors and personal life. It became clear to me that our physical and mental well-being are the most valuable assets, so I am actively working on creating a harmony between my professional activities, personal life, and inner state.

One of the major mistakes I made was emotionally reacting to complex situations involving subcontractors. Sometimes, under the influence of stress, dissatisfaction with the quality of work, or setbacks, I would lose control over my emotions, which negatively impacted the quality of my decision-making. Through personal experience, I now understand that managing emotions is a crucial aspect of leadership development. Therefore, I am focusing on improving this aspect of my work.

Excessive focus on numbers and achievements led to a disconnect with employees and a loss of empathy. I believe that the success of any organization depends on the people who work in it. Therefore, I am actively developing an open and empathetic leadership style where every team member feels valued and appreciated.

Reflecting on my failures, I view them as valuable experiences that have helped me grow as a professional. I place great importance on personal development and continual self-improvement in order to become a better leader for our team.
